We have succeeded to do extension to extension transfer (both DN being in the same switch). However, noticed that calls are getting transferred to agents who are in NotReady/ACW mode as well.
Need to know weather if SIP is provided with some option to restrict these cases.

On SIP server side level there is no option for that as I know. You can do that on SIPEndpoint level (if it supports it) or just denied the transferring to the extension directly in general.

We are using RTC 3.0 SIP Endpoint Client which is very old and don't think it supports such restrictions.

No, SIP Server doesn't provide such feature.
You would have to edit your FrontEnd to avoid such scenarios.
