Can someone point me to how you integrate Genesys Workspace Web Edition (WWE) to a CRM product?  (Specifically Siebel).  It's my understanding that there is some sort JavaScript API based architecture.  I am confused which document on Genesys support site discusses this.  To make it more confusing... it is my understanding that perhaps WWE has been renamed "Web Service and Applications" with latest version ?  If someone can point me to a document or link to clarify, I would appreciate it.

I am looking for introductory example of how to create a "screen pop" in the CRM when an inbound call comes in.  What has to be installed and where would we put "code" to tell CRM to do logic.
