IVR treatment ERROR on Avaya

Hi, everybody,

I am looking at using EWT with my routing strategy, and I want to tell user how much they have to wait before they would be connected.

Avaya has a very good whisper function plus EWT is really nice, BUT since we are doing skillased routing, I want EWT for a specific VQ and Avaya EWT cannot really work with it.

So, what I want to do is to announce EWT I have attached as attacheddata. Is it possible to pass a value I have in attachdata to Avaya?

I know that with Aspect there are A,B,C,D elements I can use to pass the data to ACD, but with Avaya... userdata perhaps?
Any clues?

I think I have read in the TServer Reference Guide something about passing attach data from Genesys to Avaya collected digits if I am not wrong.
Take also a look at the Genesys Ticket DB.
