UCS archiving

Hi,

In UCS annex options there is a section main-db-pruning, I can see a KVP set in that section as run-at. As per my knowledge run-at means archiving will start at the mentioned time in run-at.

Is there any option to mention the archiving start time and endtime so that UCS will archive interaction in the mentioned time frame only.

Regards,
Praveen Kumar

Hi Ak,

Yes in UCS manager we can do. But my requirement was to check whether we can configure and stop time on UCS application itself like run-at.

Praveen.

Try to find messages like following:
<txn-8837 txn-8837 txn-8837> Instantiated 235 persistent from class com.genesyslab.icc.api.contactserver.persistent.Interaction
[ArchivSvc] <txn-8837 txn-8837> Dispatching '235' threadIds to '4' workers with max=1000 and index=0
The number "235" is the count of archived interaction taken by the archive process.
