Hi guys
I have seen that Twitter has like 2 strategies, one normal and the other Threaded which groups same customer messages which came on a time period defined in the channel options.

I haven't tested it yet, but would that help to keep the twitter direct messages more like a chat rather than a queue of interactions?

Agent has a nice GUI (considering twitter view is not quite friendly already) about these interactions?

Well just to answer my post for anyone who may need it in the future, what this does is to hold the tweets in a queue for a X period of time defined on the channel settings, and after this time is sent to agents. If the tweet has more interactions on during this period of time, IXN groups them and when sent to the agent, he sees them as one instead as of a single tweet each time.
