Outbound - Email to address system default option change

Hi,

For Outbound, Currently when agent reply or press F6 i am getting the default email is the one that is top of the list.
Can we change it to select our own default or Is there any way to block agent sending the outbound email from the system defined default email address?. As i know we email address can be customized by creating a Business Attribute with the email addresses that a particular agent group will show on the "FROM" field. Once the Business Attribute is configured, the interaction-workspace/email.from-addresses need to be added to the Agent Group options

Yes you can select which addresses you will be able to send from.
Please, stick with just one post, doesn't help you to create many about the same topic.

You could also change it at strategy side if needed
Depends on why and what exactly you are trying to do
