Genesys wfm multiple exception uplpad

Greetings to everyone. I am happy to be able to join this group i am learning a lot. I currently work in a finance company that uses genesys wfm. We are curre tly having challenge coding exceptions as genesys only allow linear exception upload which makes you upload an exception that starts at the same time is there anyway to upload a sheet or a file that contains your exception or any excel vba macros that could acconplish multiple exceptions entry easier. All help and comments are greatly appreciated. More power yo this community

You could use the WFM Integration API, but that means that it would require writing a software for that mean.
