Hello,

I am using OCS and I am using a custom Desktop. My desktop, on recordprocess event, update a custom field of my dialing list. I am trying to use a filter on CCPulse on the recordcompleted statistic. But whatever the value is, the recordcompleted statitic is counting every record, regardless the filter. Is it possible to use a filter ont that statictic

  • Hi,

the event you are using is actually issued by OCS and not StatServer, therefore filters would not work, because they are either on StatServer or CCP.

Are you trying to get stats on desktop or on CCP?

    David,

I agree with Vic that the Recordcompleted is not a statistic that StatServer/CCPulse can report with. Depending on what you want to achieve, you can apply various Filters to the ResponseType etc. by applyuing them in your StatServer>Options>Filters. See your OCS/StatServer documents for more information...
