Is Pulse database fully available? What say Pulse collector and Pulse app logs?

What say Pulse logs? The log messages from collector are not related to "read-only" state as it propably means problem in statistic definition within any of existing template or something similiar.

Pulse does not write log.

I restarted Gax. but porblem.
The problem persisted.
restart restart solves the problem.
