PSDK 9.0 / TServer register all events

Hi,

It is some years since I have done this. Anyway, with PDSK 9.0 can you still register for events on all DN and is there any current guidance re: impact on the T-Server (SIPS in this case). Recording vendors such as Nice either do this or register DNs individually. That said they have probably not updated to using PSDK 9.

Thanks in advance.

As far as I know there is no way to command a Register everything... What usually I do is to connect to Cfgserver and extract all DNs or as you say, register only the ones I need.
About impact, on SIP server, it is just another TLib client, so the general rule applies... Limit is mainly at TCP connections from the host server.

Thanks - that is what I thought. There used to be a PSDK requestRegisterAll but that has now been removed. I assume is that is because it was being used recklessly and possibly causing TServer / SIP server overload (and that is what I am worried about doing in a very large deployment). If there is anybody reading from product development a steer one way or the other would be appreciated.
