Does anyone know if TCallID is the native switch call id? The developer guide only says that TCallID is an 'unsigned long'. Our TServer is talking to Symposium Link 4.2.

I am doing an integration using Symposium HDX. HDX can give me the switch's call id and I need to be able to pass user call data to symposium for scripting decisions.

    • Yes, TCallID is the Call ID delivered from switch. TConnID is the Call ID generated by Genesys TServer.
