Dear All,

We have agent workstations placed on a NAT ed network.
Genesys datacenter uses  192.168.32.X network with SIP proxy on virtual IP 192.168.32.64
And from the workstaions it is reachable with IP 192.168.52.64 due to NAT. eChannel's like facebook working fine.

When we checked firwall traffic we can see IWS is trying to reach IP 192.168.32.64 rather IP 192.168.52.64.

How to configure IP address for SIP end point manually in workstation IWS configuration.

Regards
Shijith

Could you share the sip proxy settings you've set on the workspace application object?

I think you need to check that configuration area.

SIP is not NAT friendly. You will need a SBC in between to make that translation correctly to work.
Other way is to use a VPN.

Yeah you really need something to update the contents of the SIP messages.  You can't just throw SIP Server (or any SIP back to back user agent) behind a NAT and expect it to work.
