Hi, guys,

we are development bilingual ivr callflow, english and french.

I noticed after a new project with French and english is created,  under  /prompt/english folder, there are many standard audio files,  like months, weekdays, cardinal, ordinals...  but french folder doesn't have these audio files.

anyone knows where to download these standard french audio files?

thx in advance.

You need to create your own according to customer media presence voice. Genesys English ones are meant to be used as sample

cavagnaro,

thx for your quick response.

but, actually, for english, they are not just sample audio,  like for months, cardinal, or currency,  there is all audios for english.

I am not sure for French user, they need to record all these standard audios,  like, monday, tuesday, ..... one, two, three....nineteen,.. ninty nine....

there is supposed to language package having all these standard audio.

that's my understanding, but I might be wrong.

No package. As said. It is a functional sample. Shows the minimum audios you need to record. You need to adjust functions like currency according to your country and currency name, format, etc.
Genesys, as said, doesn't provide this.

Hello guys,
I don't want to create a new topic since my question is so close to the main idea of this topic. So my question is do you have es-MX.js and fr-CA.js files. I'm also developing an IVR with multiple languages so I need these files. I know I can use the en-US.js file and change the xxxxPlayBuiltinType function name but I consider that there may be some grammar differences between English and French&Spanish.

These kind of customizations takes some long time to do and need adjustments according to each company as per their standards or customers needs.
We could help in answering questions but sharing company property is a no. Your company must invest time on this tasks.
