Im having a problem while trying to log in on pulse. I cant log in with new users or even if I reset the password for old users. Seens like that Pulse doesnt recognize the password.
I tried to create a new user from 0 and granted the necessary permissions, but when try access, theres no success:

Theres no external ID.
If i try with an old user reseting its password, cant login with the new password, but if I rollback to the old pass, everything is ok.
My suspect is that the Pulse configuration server is not working properly, because when I try to log in in another applications (like CME, G.A, Speechminer), the log in is possible.
Is there another troubleshooting that I can do? ANy idea to fix this?
