URGENT-> No Extension <>Agend mapping

I am working on a CTI integration project in a PAPX that uses Genesys as the Tserver
I am using the Genesys ActiveXs (connection and extensions ) to monitor all the agents in the call center .

I realized that once you register an extension , the Tserver will send events regarding the extension . but once the extension has an agent logged on , no events regarding the Extension will be received , even if you now register the Agent , you will not have an eventinfo member that will tell you which extension he is on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
