Our tserver returns EventError with error code 53 when urs issues a RequestDeletePair request. What is RequestDeletePair? And why is it issued by urs when caller drops from queue?

  • It should be the TKVListDeletePair:
Deletes one data item, specified by the parameter key, from the data structure specified by the parameter list.

  • It makes sense that if a call drops, that it has ended, so the TServer destroys the structure.

TServer returns the EventError whenever a request is made of a connid that no longer exists, such as your Request.

The keys that are being cleared are probably the target information keys that router started attaching in version seven.

You can turn off the option to attach these keys and the request to clear them will go away.

If you aren't using Infomart or collecting these keys in call concentrator, the only reason you have them is for troubleshooting.

Turn the option to attach on and off as needed for that like you would debug logging. You'll have to look up the exact option, but it was added in version 7.0.
