Hi,

I configured a value of callcontrol='dti' in VoiceTreatmentServer for the E1 card but for the analog card, I didn't use to configure it. What's a value of callcontrol for analog card? Any idea?

To answer your question :

it is dxxxB1C1, dxxxB1C2, and so on, therefore dxxx. What worries me is , does VTO support analog ports?

I would leave it as 'dti'. This setting that you want VTServer to use the default protocol to communicate with the Dialogic card. If you tried and it is not working, I would change it to 'gc', but you must ensure then that the Dialogic card driver includes support for Global Call protocol.

  • Yes, VTO supports analog ports. I have seen this in a very small call center.
