Has anyone wrote their own log tracing utility like the Genesys Available utilities Callflow and ts2db. Looking to wite a more user friendly utility and something that does not have to be run from command line.

If anyone has a starting block for me that would be great, save me having to start stone cold.

I know of only ANI removal utility that Vic sent me earlier on. Is this what you mean by log utility? If this is what you need?

Alan,
No. Genesys have a utility to trace every leg of a call by passing a connid from a number of different files called Callflow. The other utility they have is ts2db which goes through all tserver log files and can out put all the events in order to spreadseet or DB. These are the utilities I'm looking to write.
