Avaya Cookbook for Nortel?

Is there a document similar to the Avaya Cookbook, but for Nortel DMS100/CS2k?

Something that explains the ommon config option required both on the switch and in the T-Servers to get the best from the integration. Also something that saves me trying to "reinvent the wheel."

Sorry it took so long to reply, I stopped reading when the thread went random!

But back to the Avaya cookbook, it was written by somene called David Albert, I don't know if he is (or was) Genesys.
It gives a good overview to Genesys CTI on Definity switches.

But as the it says "This document is provided ‘As-Is, Where-Is’ and is NOT intended to replace any official documentation from Genesys, Avaya, or any other vendor."

You probably need to contact support (or you account team) and ask for it.

Dave is with Genesys tech support and is the resident Avaya expert.
