CME Real-Time Architectural Mapping Tool?

I have a confession - I have a problem with the Genesys CME interface for Applications.  Having to drill into an Application in CME, then fiddle around the Tabs to find the associated components, then drill down on those Applicatons to determine what is mapped and linked to what and where. ...And then I invariably forget why I was looking in the first place...  Yuck!

Has anyone considered producing a tool which can utilize the Genesys SDK to [b]graphically [/b] represent Application components, showing links to other Application components, clickable for drill-down, etc - or something similar? A sort of Real-Time Architecture Mapping Tool... Yes, there is SCI but that just doesn't do it, for me...

I'm thinking about it and wondered if anyone has gone down that road before, or know of anything on the market...?

Hi, Tony,

I remember that SCI has something similar to it in the early 6.0 release and I liked it very much.
It is especially helpful for multi-site environments where like in our case we have 6 URS and a multitude of Stat Servers.
Developing it should not be too hard - I am not sure if I would use SDK or simply do a DB dip into CME database, but how useful would it be?

I guess it would take about three days to develop something like this, so if there is a need, heck, I will try to spare some time
