Our Call Concentrator has been recording information of legs in SCDR, which I feel is all a mess.
Questions:

1. The field LOCDN instead of having IVR Ports or ACD Positions is having 'Queue' values. Thsi means the call leg has LOCQUEUE='a queue value' and the LOCDN='is also a queue value'?
2. Duplicate Connids....to many even on the same switch.
3. For some of the calls that share duplicate connids, the EVDATA is all the same? How the heck is this possible?

Let me knoe (please, please).

Thanks,

Gondi

  • Gondi,

let me see if Ic a answer this as well:
    1. Loc DN I think it is right, because if you read the manual, it says:
LocDN is explanation Identification of the local DN, that is, the first DN that is related to the call. If the first DN contains a queue or routing point, it will be replaced by the first DN that is not a queue or routing point which appeared as the result of any call manipulations other than transfer and conference.

    2. Duplicate ConnID is SCDR? I hope so SCDR shows call flow per each step of the call, thus, if you have the call go from point A to B and then point C, I would expect more than one entry.

    3. Are you sure you are not talking about the same call? EVDATA pretty much is written almost each time you do RequestAttachData, so you would have lots and lots of similar data shown again and again. Plus, if you ared using a simulator, you probably would have the same CallID each time you restart it :)

    Cheers,
    Vic
