GIS Problems to get Queue Statistics

Iīm trying to get the CurrnumberWaitingCalls from a Virtual Queue , Queue and route Point but I get the error "java.rmi.RemoteException: Switch is not found on Tenant 'Resources'".
For the AgentGroups stats I donīt have problems,that's working fine.
Does anyone knows how to fix this?

Hi,

can you please post the actual XML that you are sending to GIS?
And also what is the name of the switch in CME?

(Needless to say, feel free to replace the name of the switch with whatever you want when you post it here, but make sure that you replace it with the same name for both the command and the actual name!)
