Hi Vic,

No, ActiveX is installed and I've tried it on 7.1 and 7.2 with no luck.  :(

If installed, can you launch ActiveX desktop toolkit and see if it works?
Also are you running this as administrator or as a normal user?
I remember once on a customer where user permissions didn't let the creation of the component.

Hello, i've the same problem with the installation, same 491 error message.
The activeX agent desktop is up and running and i'm logged in as administrator, any suggestions?

Getting error:
                     Run-time error '429':
                     ActiveX component can't create object.




Are you trying to compile and run it as an application?  Me *thinks* the program itself creates/is a dll that you include in your application.  Correct guys?

I execute the QuestNTService.exe file.
