hi,
I want to know what are the various instances during which the T-server throws Error 600 and Error 629.Both these errors are being thrown to the softphone during transfer.

  • You should see what happens on your hardphone to understand the errors. On Genesys Support portal download the 5.1 activeX guide.

  • Can the TServer throw error 629 to the softphone when softphone dials out to an extension and that extension is busy?

  • No, that is an TExtension event. What does your TServer logs says?

    Common Errors:

    Error 1141: Impossible to login
    Error 272: Agent logged in elsewhere
    Error 1151: Place Out of Service
    Error 1161: Similar to 1151
    Error 1158: Authentication Error
