How to make Edify IVR port ready

We have several ports on  Edify IVR "not ready"(orange diamond in CCPulse).
How can we reset them and make "ready" (green square in CCpulse).

One way is to reset T1 card on the switch (Simposium), but this will take out all  ports.
More then likely it is problem with the switch/T1?

A wild guess here, but have you tried Genesys ActiveX sample phone and have it login on the same DN with the same agen ID and then setting it to ready? Would it not work?

Is it some hardware malfunction or just it conveniently "forgets" to become ready from time to time?
If ActiveX phone trick works, I can put together some simple tool to set it ready for you (for free of course :) )
