Virtual Technologies Feedback

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but what does every one think about Virtual Hold Technologies? I am divided. I work for a large cellular company where it has been used for some time and I am finding myself frustrated with licensing terms. I feel that it is time to consider something else. With all the new options out there there is a need to re-assess the needs of my department. On one hand it seems to be part of a broader Genesys solution, but at the same time given that it is a third-party application and abundance of Genesys adapters for other callback technologies I wonder if we get the bigges bang for our buck so to speak.

Did anyone do any studies on TCOs of VHT vs. third-party apps or in-house app?
