CC pulse I need help

I am a newbie in Genesys.Started to use it 3 weeks ago. I have a problem withh CC pulse that can be described as follows

I have 2 CC pulse applications each connected to a stat server. The options of both stat servers are identical.

I try to use the same templates (one based on Agent. another based on Group of Agents) in both CC pulse applications. However in one of CC pulse applications I can select 'CurrNumberNotReadyStatus' but in the other CC pulse application I am not able to select this statistical type

Any Idea ?

'CurrNumberNotReadyStatus' is a Total Number, which would work for a Group of Objects (Agents) but you could not return more than "1" for individual Objects (Agents).  Hence, 'CurrNumberNotReadyStatus' is not available to individual Agents.

Even so if the statistical type indicates Objects = Agents,GroupAgents then he should be able to get that stat, even if it return 1 always.

What i think your problem can be is that when you created your template you didn't select both objetc types, only one, and as so you can only apply that template to that object you selected.

my problem is solved  after a restart of the stat server
