Queue Stats on Lucent

Hello,

I am looking for the best way to configure ACD Queues in a Genesys 5.1 environment on a EAS Lucent G3. I have set up the group extension numbers for the skills up as ACD Queues and the calls entered/abandoned/distributed stats come close to matching the Lucent CMS reports but in some cases the Genesys queue stat totals are quite lower. I could set up each VDN that queues to the skills however that would be hard to manage with multiple VDN's queuing to the same queue by vector.
