I can't be bothered with anything these days. My life's been completely boring. I feel like a complete blank. I'm guessing you're trying to install GVP....?

If you are installing GVP
1/ make sure you have Administrator rights anything less and just give up
2/ follow the instructions to the letter.
3/ if at any point it fails make a note of the failure FORMAT the disk rebuild the server fix the problem that stopped you and start again. Genesys "thinks" if it starts a process its done it and marks it as done. Uninstall does not work the registry remembers!
4/ It really is as bad as you think but it will one day end so smile!
