???
Can someone give me some guidance? I  am receiving the following error message in the URS log...

" can not find stat object 62503[Agent_Logout_Status] for stat server nf_ss_routing_1"

I have the Agent_Logout_Status Statistic defined in my IRD, and the Agent (62503) is set up through CME as an Agent, the Agent is tied to an extensions whcih is set up as a Place, and also as an extension on the switch in question.

It seems like I have all the bases covered and cannot figure out what I am missing.

If anyone could help I would really appreciate it!

Thanks! ???

  • Sometimes it can be related with tenants. Could you verify that tenant (where agent with ID 62503 is defined) is the same that URS associates with the call (for example in call creating message in URS log)?
A bigger fragment of URS log also can be helpful - may be about 10 lines before this can not find stat object message.

    Hi,

can you please check that you have nf_ss_routing_1 server. Also, can you please show inside the strategy where you are calling this?

    My initial guess would be:

    1. you are calling a statistic from IRD that is not defined anywhere (do you have it defined in IRD or StatServer)
    2. your URS is not connected to nf_ss_routing_1
    3. nf_ss_routing_1 does not see the agent

if you see this happen only for one particular agent, then probably it has something to do with that agent's state inside statserver. If, on other hand, this happens to all agents, chances are you either have an undefined stat or a tenant problem.

I am away from my work PC, so can someone check if in fact, there is such thing as Agent_Logout_Status? I do not recall seeing it anywehre before.

    Thanks,
    Vic
