I'm currently supporting a Genesys environment that uses Siebel 7.7.2.6, GPlus Comm Server 7.5.0 and Gplus Adapter 7.5.000.14. We have a couple of instances of Siebel, each instance has Gplus Adapter, one which is pretty much out of the box and another which has been configured by a customer.
On the customer instance, surprise surprise, we are experiencing the Siebel toolbar intermittently going greyed out and the only way to resolve this is to restart the appropriate Siebel services. The other out of the box instance of Siebel doesn't have this issue. Really struggling to find an answer to what is causing this issue, as the customer has said it just happens when Siebel is left logged in and there is no interaction with the toolbar.
The following errors are shown in the Scomm log for the agent that is logged in at the time -

I have checked the T-Server log and there are no real errors in there and I can provide any other logs.
Any ideas on what could be causing this would be much appreciated!
