GVP Integration with Genesys Framework and SIP Server

Dear all,
We are implementing the GVP, Genesys SIP Server with Alcatel OXE Sip server.

We have problem with the GVP integration to Genesys Framework or it is not a problem, it could be our mistake in the setup.

I have checked the documentation, it is a standalone, gvp behind, and gpv in front of method. But we just need the easier way to do it.

Do we need the IVR Server and GVP RM to make it available for us to monitor GVP Ports?
we only can found the IVR Server installation, do we need an installation for the I-Server and IVR Driver applications?
And what kind of DNs we need to make it available?, (routing point, trunk, VTP, ?)

And sorry for this long question,

Best Regards,
Hendro

Hi hendro,
not very sure but you are trying to integrate OXE with GVP in SIP mode right? If so, on Alcatel Business Partner website there is a document on how to it step by step with all configurations needed including OXE, Genesys Framework and GVP. I can't attach it here as I'm not allowed to do so, but you can ask me at www.alcatelunleashed.com and I can post there it. Or if you have access to BPWS then number of TC is TC0632.

Dear Cavagnaro,
Thanks for very helpful.
I found the document inside the alcatel BPWS, and have tried to follow the step by step installation, and the the problem is that we are not enough knowledge to do the integration.
But we will try to do it in our development environment, because currently we just pass the calls directly from OXE to the GVP ports. And still the problem is that we cannot control and monitor the GVP ports, also for the GVP reporting.
But thanks for your kind response,
Really appreciate it.

Best Regards,
Hendro
