RESOURCE_NOTFOUND : Unable to connect to TTS servers ErrorURL

I am able to place a call and GVP is answering fine. It is playing the VOX files. After I provide some information  then call is hanging in the air.

In the Popgateway logs I see RESOURCE_NOTFOUND : Unable to connect to TTS servers  ErrorURL

In the TTS_MRCP logs I see what I have provided and sounds like it is looping there but for some reason it is not playing back information that it took.

Please give me some suggestions. Thanks.

Do you have TTS? If not on the start object of your Application you must indicate that you will not use TTS

Thanks Cav for your help. I do have TTS. ScanSort->RealSoft4.0 . It was working fine before but suddenly acting weired.

What are other things that I could try with. Appreciate your help.

Only one application failing or all of them?
Can you reset the MRCP box?
