Mark,

I saw a GVP presentation few months ago and there was information about the GVP roadmap. Regarding that you're right that GVP will be dropped in v7.5 but won't be replaced by VoiceGenie. Genesys works on a new product combining GVP and VGP features and that product will be successor of GVP 7.x and VGP 7.x.

I've heard the same from a different source - VGP and GVP should make for a fully-rounded product suite for IVR+.  Let's keep our fingers crossed that they get it right! :)

Hi guys,
Do you have any news on this? Genesys is offering a Voice Genie for one customer, however I'd like to be sure what will come on as there is now GVP 8...so I guess the roadmap was not as planned...
The problem is that this customer don't want nothing on Windows, so GVP 8 runs only on Windows, Voice Genie can run on Linux, right? What would be my correct info?

Thanks
