Genesys CTI Forum Administration Team:
As of October 1st, 2008 Genesys CTI Forum is launching a new board, focusing on the business side Genesys, allowing people to exchange information on Genesys projects, showcase their own products and even advertise job openings.

The concept behind the board is to provide the means to Genesys CTI consultants and businesses to promote their services, products and business to the rest of the community. We truly believe that there is a need for such a medium and ask each and every one of you to help us make it a truly successful endeavor.

To ensure that this board is not overrun by product advertising and countless job offers and to preserve the overall environment, there are several rules that must be observed at all times. While we feel that these rules maybe a bit draconian, our experience with this forum so far demands that we place these rules in place to ensure a healthy and beneficial environment for all of us.

With time, we hope to relax the rules and make it more accommodating, and we look forward to hearing from you on how to make this board even more helpful and meaningful to all of us in Genesys community.

Feel free to talk about any project you want, look for help, resources and everything else, as long as you are acting on your own accord and do not represent a third-party. To ensure that this board will not become a spam site, we ask that the following rules are observed at all times:

1. All product advertisements are to be PRE-APPROVED by Genesys CTI Forum Administration Team. Product advertisement created by individuals will be added for free. All advertisements by a company will be charged a fee. Product advertisements are to be submitted to forum_product@sggu.com. Failure to do so will result in automatic ban. Furthermore, considering the wide exposure provided by this forum to any unauthorized recruitment post, you will be billed 1000 GBP per each day that your post was accessible to the public.

2. All job opportunities are to be PRE-APPROVED by Genesys CTI Forum Administration Team. Placement opportunities are free of charge to companies that will be directly hiring the employees or fellow Genesys CTI engineers. All posts from head-hunting and/or recruitment agencies will be charged a fee. All ads are to be submitted to forum_jobs@sggu.com. Failure to follow the rules will result in immediate ban and your company will be charged for unauthorized use of advertising space on this board.

3. We reserve the right to remove any post for any reason and ban any user we find adverse to our view of this forum.

We fully understand how strict some of these rules are and we hope that they are only temporary. From our experience so far, these rules are here only because there is a handful of people out there who are bent on flooding the forum with the messages promoting their products, services or positions in sunny North Ireland. And we believe there are already enough sites out there for that.
