Wow, wow, wow!!!

This is simply amazing! Despite the fact that most of the first week in January is a holiday, as well as the fact that I was not watching posts as much as I should, the volume on this site has broke yet another record! 330,000 hits! I am very excited to see that so many people are using this forum and judging from the depth and range of questions posed here, I am not alone in trying to tweak yet another little option to deliver yet another percentage point to overall call center performance.

Also, it seems like we are slowly moving away from CTI-based discussion to both application and network-related topics with some people discussing callflow concepts and others (me) the best redundancy method for SIP T-Server. My gosh, talk about a need to learn so many new things!!! GVP alone is giving me goose bumps now-a-days because of IIS/Apache/Linux know-how that I need to gain if we are to stay competitive in this area. When will it end???

Until then, good job, everyone and let's continue to work on making this the best resource on the Internet when it comes to Genesys CTI and how to make all of us suffer a bit less when we work with it!
