What our business area would like to see at an activity and site level is number of agents required to handle interactions, number of agents actually scheduled, and actual agents who were productive for that activity.  None of these numbers should include any non activity based time (i.e., break/meal, vacation, training, or off phone/activity time - i.e. not ready reason codes).  Is there a way to accomplish this in the Genesys WFM tool out of the box, or with configuration changes?  We are looking to implement not ready reason codes, and would like to maintain a "clean" staffing level number.

Required (just required bodies on the phone/activity), Scheduled (just scheduled bodies on the phone/activity), and historical agents (just actual bodies on the phone/activity)

They would like to be able to take these numbers to management to be able to explain why they did or did not meet their goals for the day (service level, abandon, ASA, etc.)
