  This is Sunil, new to forum.

    Can any one help me  regarding "HOW CALL FLOW WILL HAPPEN IN GENESYS DIALER".

    Do you mean the whole call flow, from dialler record to agent receiving call, or, what the IRD strategy would look like for an outbound call?
