Hi:
In one of our client site, we have a problem where in when an agent1 transfers the call to agent2, the agent1 who initiated the transfer, will never receive the next call even though his state is ready. Statserver log shows the Agent1 is in ready state. Temp fix is Agent1 logs out and logs in and he starts receiving the call.
The agent desk top custom built. we have verified the code in agent desk top found Ok. We feel the problem may be in the symposium link.
Like to know if anybody has faced this problem or if some body can provide solution to this.
Thanx

  • Arun,

I was trying to get the similar thing, but could not.
Are you using IR? Stat Server? What version (6.1.xxx)?

  • Is the TServer option use_dn_type (I think that is how is spelt) set. The default value on install is wrong for the meridian. Delete the key to get the default value from tserver. This may fix your problem

  • My 6.1 consultant says that your stat server version is way old and has serious agent status bugs. It is suggested that you upgrade versions

  • What type of transfer? Is it via software? SCCS on supports 2 step transfer with software. Check transfer oftion in tserver if using software ( softphone )
