Hi

I am just a user of CCpulse and it has been all set up by our admin, I am in tree view and can see all the agents who are logged in and their statuses, now if I right click on the names and select "Show all" I can see those who are also logged out, now the question is, is there anyway to hide them again without having to restart the application?

  • Hi yeh it's just there is about 100 people not logged in at a time so was looking for a quick way to revert back so selecting each one wouldn't be convenient.

  • Have you tried CTRL-Select...?  Or just close and open the View/Template again...?

  • Hi

You need define Thresholds and corresponding actions to thresholds defined to that in CC Pulse which will solve your purpose.

  • Hi,

Just select all the agents under the Persons. Now right click and click "Set Threshold".
From available threshold select "Agent loggedOut" and move it to the right side pane. Now from Available actions select "HIDE" and move it to the right side.

Click OK and now you will see that agents that are logged in to the system will be visible. Rest will be hidden.

    Hope this solves your problem.

    Thanks,
    Mohit
