Alcatel A4400 Blocked Pilot Question

We have a situation where some of our PBX's are a newer Alcatel software release, these PBX's are having issues with stuck calls due to strategies attempting to deliver to blocked pilots.

Release 8 does not have this issue, where release 9 does.

Anyone else found this?  Cavagnaro perhaps?

On a release 8 PBX we get an EventReleased to signify that the call has been disconnected.  Where on the release 9 system we see EventQueued and then nothing.

Hum nop, actually we never transfer to pilots...why to use them? Still don't get it...why not RSIs directly? If because of contigency you can in the RSI declare the CCD pilot for overflow.

We run over 45 separate contact centres and some of them use CCD pilot routing after RSI performs open close checks and basic IVR functionality.

Delivery to the pilot fails because the pilot is blocked, then the PBX defaults to the blocked pilot.  At which point we are seeing the EventQueued on the pilot and then no further events, even though the call has been disconnected.
