Overview:

Genesys Technical Support Consultant Permanent - West Midlands, UK.

 

Working for a professional services arm of a specialist Contact Centre, BI, and WFO consultancy.

Responsibilities include:

    Leading the resolution on all support issues relating to our customers
    Troubleshooting and resolving highly complex issues[
    Working with 3rd parties and internal teams to resolve issues
    Mix of on-site and remote support

    * Technically assist implementation teams on current projects

Essential Skills required:

    Solid experience in call centre solution support, specifically with Genesys ideally having done relevant Genesys training and certifications
    Broad understanding of the Genesys suite Inbound, Outbound, E-mail, Reporting, GVP, WFM
    Peripheral system/product knowledge e.g. networking, servers, operating systems and databases
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    Excellent client facing/liaison experience
   Excellent written skills to compile reports and documents
   Self motivated and self managed

    * Good fault finding and analytical skills
