Hi;

In the "DECISION SUPPORT / VIEW INTRADAY SCHEDULE" page,
the actual status of the agents listed in the schedule are not
listed, current period line does not appear, and the thin box
at the right corner orangecolored - it must be green!

In CME, I have already checked out the configuration settings
of the applications ScheduleServer, WebServices, DataAggregator,
WorkforceManager, and WFMStatServer, respectively. By the book,
everything seems normal...

Please help me how to solve this itchy problem.

Cheers,

Ali.

Vic

  • It sure sounds like DA settings are not there. How did you define it? Also, does the agent have a place defined in CME for it? And, I hate to say it, but employee id and agent id combination is sometimes really confusing. Do you have employee ids defined for all your agents? (I guess so, otherwise you would not have them in WFM, right? *) )

  • Selam (=Hi) Vic;

    Answers of your questions:

    1. DA settings are proper. Genesys Support has also checked out
    the configuration files of DA and Stat Server WFM was using.
    2. Yeah, every agent has a place and its own agent ID defined
    in CME. (Employee ID = Agent ID)

    Cheers,

    Lotus.
