Hi Everyone

I need to know if OCS 7.6 has the ability to do automatic scheduling of campaigns, meaning that I can configure the campaigns to start on a particular date at a particular time after I load them.

That is called campaign sequence...but not sure if will work as you intend, maybe you can do a software to launch the campaign when you need.

OCS gives you an option to set a daily_from and daily_till parameter for each record so that when your campaign is running it will only dial out between your specified time range during the day. I don't believe you can set a specific date range. You may need to load your records/delete them from the DB or stop/start your campaign if you wish to place calls only on Mondays or something like that.
