Making new statistic in P_SS

I am new to this forum and fairly new to Genesys. I need to create a new stat in the P_SS_RT to give me the longest queueing call time of the day. I just dont know what Category, MainMask etc to enter with values.........any ideas?

Hi Tambo - I am unfamiliar with the term P_SS_RT... is that Real-Time or Historical Reporting..?

Then the statistic composition is irrelevant.  To obtain the "longest" of any statistical value means comparing it to all other results using the statistic composition.  Using real-time tools to achieve this is not impossible - but I think you need to look at achieving this through Historical reporting.

Thanks for this TT. The business head for this dept had this before Genesys in real time and wants it now. Any suggestions??

Here is the statistic definition
[Longest_waiting_Call]
Category=MaxTime
MainMask=CallWait
Object=Queue,RoutePoint,GroupQueues
Subject=DNAction

Set this time profile under TimeProfiles section

[TimeProfiles]
GrowingDay,Growing=00:00

Put this in to options of your CCPulse stat server application in CME, start CCPulse, add this stat in to your template with collection interval type growing and select GrowingDay.

This will give you the longest queue wait time for the current day. This stat will be cleared after midnight. If you wish to show the max waiting time for the previous day, you would have to enable historical reporting for your CCPulse and configure CCA to collect statistics you need in CCPulse.
