[solved]No options in GAD

Hi,
I have a new problem. I've installed GAD and I can see the login screen. I created an agent and a place and I can login. The problem is that after I press next I can't see any options like voice, email, chat, etc. I'm interested only in e-mail for now.
My GAD application is connected to:
  message server
  Interaction Server
  StatServer

I don't need a T-Server as I'm not interested in voice.
Can you guide me what I have to do so that the email options appear there for me to check it?

Thank you,
Mihai

Hi,

Probably it would help you to play with the capacity rules. Have a look at the URS Business Process User's Guide...

Checkbock for login into email will appear if necessary options provided in GAD configuration. There is one option that contains the list of media types. All these media types presented as separate checkboxes. Unfirtunately I do not remember the option name.

on multimedia section the option is media

media
Default Value: email,chat
This option defines the list of media that is proposed to the agent in the login window.

Add a connection to UCS, without it email functionality is not fully functioning

catanirex is right. adding the connection to the UCS made the e-mail checkbox appear!
