Genesys Administrator - Cannot select application template

I'm not able to create a new application in Genesys Administrator. Specifically, I'm trying to create a DAP for my LogDBServer. When I click find to select the application template the pop window is empty.

I have successfully imported all the application templates from the /template directory of the CD.

Has anyone experienced this?
