I would love to hear about EMEA G-Force!

What is the main theme this year? I am not really sure where Genesys is heading - I thought it was SIP, now it seems like it is Alcatel... Any ideas?

I think it's heading for Hosted Services - which is a bit of SIP, as a technology and a bit of Alcatel, as a Service Provider and a bit of Genesys, as the Middleware...

But what do I know...? lol

I was at G-Force EMEA in Amsterdam, and impressed at what I saw, heard and spoke to people about.

Would recommend people take the opportunity to attend it.

There are 'Ask the expert' areas, free exams, break out sessions in additon to a party!
