Some useful information on VHT site describe the steps to deploy the Virtual Hold solution and integrate it with Genesys.

Hi,

The only point of integration is with Genesys T-server(s) via the TIAL module. VHT has its own Queue Manager component which calculates the EWT e.g. stat server is not used.

Configuration of the overall solution can be quite painful!

Hello

http://www.sggu.com/smf/index.php/topic,2767.msg11070.html#msg11070
In this thread you can find some information about VHT.

The VHT can be implemented with the GVP and SIP server.
In our lab we have such one implementation which is working fine.

I did some VHT implementation with GVP and TServer with Ericsson. It also works fine in preview and also predictive mode.

Robert
