Many error codes are listed in the T-Server deployment guide

Can you supply some information?
What type of switch? What are you doing to generate the error? The log.

Hi Steve the snecario is the following

Nortel cs100
Tserver72
Due to a AIL PROJECT, we are working on a 2stepTransfer, we download java samples on GernesysDevSite however they are not working as expected.
Every time we try to complete transfer (join conctact + 2nd agent ) we received this EventError10.
Error:::
TelephonyErrorException Internal: Cannot Complete Transfer
at com.genesyslab.ail.core.j.c$a.if(Unknown Source)

**The unique clue i have till this moment is the EventError show on tserver log, thats why i trying to look for the meaning.
